Refund / Return Policy

  1. Scope of policy application
    All sold mobile phone accessories (including but not limited to data cables, protective cases, screen protectors, etc.) are final sales. Returns or refunds are not accepted.
    This policy applies to all sales channels (official website, promotional activities, etc.). By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
  2. Explanation of Exceptional cases
    If the goods you receive have any of the following problems, please contact customer service (email: continueile@mobileweqfw.com) within 48 hours after receipt and provide evidence (such as photos/videos) :
    Transportation damage: Obvious physical damage occurs to the goods during the distribution process.
    Wrong item sent: The actual received goods are seriously inconsistent with the order description.
    Note: Appearance defects that are not quality issues and personal subjective preferences are not subject to the exception clause.
  3. Problem handling process
    Contact customer service: Please indicate “Order Issue + Order Number” in the subject line of your email and attach a detailed description and evidence.
    Review and Feedback: We will verify and notify the handling plan (such as reissue or discount compensation) by email within 3 working days.
    Dispute resolution: If negotiation fails, you may further communicate in accordance with the consumer protection laws of your location.
  4. Precautions
    Please check the appearance of the package before signing for it. If there are any abnormal conditions, please reject it on the spot and take photos for record.
    Customized products (such as engraving services) are not subject to any form of return or exchange.
