Shipping policy

  1. Place of shipment and delivery time
    Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Slovenia.
    Processing time: Orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after payment confirmation (excluding customs clearance time).
    Logistics cooperation: Delivery is made through international express delivery (such as DHL, UPS) or local postal services. The specific carrier is automatically optimized based on the destination of the order.
  2. Delivery range and cost
    Coverage area: Supports most countries/regions around the world. Remote areas (such as some islands and war-torn zones) may not be delivered. The settlement page will automatically detect.
    Shipping fee calculation: The shipping fee is calculated in real time based on the weight, volume and destination of the goods, and the final amount is displayed at checkout.
    Tariff policy: The destination country may impose import duties, which shall be borne by the recipient. It is recommended to check the local customs regulations in advance.
  3. Order tracking and after-sales service
    Logistics update: After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the progress in real time through the carrier’s official website.
    Delayed processing: If the order has not been dispatched within 30 days, please contact us for priority processing (email: continueile@mobileweqfw.com).
    Address modification: Only modification before shipment is supported. Please contact us by email and provide the order number.
  4. Precautions
    The validity period may be extended during holidays or promotions. Please pay attention to the website announcements.
    If the package is lost or damaged, please provide photo evidence within 48 hours after signing for it. We will assist with the claim.
